Initial consultation – An initial consultation is required and will be provided free of charge.
Payment arrangements – Payment in full is required at time of service. We accept cash, debit card or credit card. Sorry no personal checks will be accepted at this time.
A 10% discount for 2 areas treated the same day if booked in advance. (Not to be combined with any other offers)
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Due to our extensive waiting list, patients who do not give us the required notice will be charged 50% of the service charge. Also, if you arrive late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that you will be treated.
